A Mountain-Filled Pemberton Farm Wedding at North Arm Farm | Katie + Noah
Katie and Noah’s wedding at North Arm Farm was a perfect reflection of who they are — grounded, adventurous, and deeply connected to the mountains.
Although many of their guests traveled to British Columbia from all over the USA, the setting felt incredibly personal. Katie and Noah both grew up on the east coast, but they built their life together in Colorado, where mountains play a central role in their everyday lives. Choosing Pemberton for their wedding weekend was a meaningful way to bring that love of big landscapes and open space into their celebration, while also giving their guests a true west coast mountain experience.

A Relaxed Start in Pemberton Meadows
The day began at a beautiful Airbnb in Pemberton Meadows, an ideal getting-ready location for a large wedding party. With abundant natural light, generous indoor space for hair and makeup, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out, it set the tone for a calm, well-paced morning.
Katie and Noah had a big wedding party — 19 people in total — and having a location that could comfortably support that energy made a huge difference. It allowed the morning to feel social and fun without ever feeling rushed or crowded.
Choosing Time Together
After their first look, Katie and Noah made a decision that would shape the rest of their day in a really intentional way: they chose to prioritize time together.
Instead of jumping straight into group photos, we hopped in the truck and drove up a nearby mountain. With sweeping glacier views in front of them, they shared a cold drink, took a breath, and had space to focus on why they were there in the first place — their relationship and the life they’re building together.
This kind of dedicated alone time is something we strongly believe in designing into a wedding timeline, especially for couples who value experience as much as celebration. Creating space for connection doesn’t take away from the day — it enhances it. A Summer Ceremony at North Arm Farm
Once everyone arrived at North Arm Farm, the celebration moved into full swing. It was a very hot summer day in Pemberton, and the ceremony and cocktail hour unfolded in the sunshine beneath the towering presence of Mount Currie.
When the farm field sprinklers came on, guests didn’t hesitate — shoes came off, laughter echoed across the field, and many opted for a quick soak to cool down. It was one of those spontaneous moments that perfectly captured the relaxed, joyful spirit of a Pemberton farm wedding.
Dinner, Sunset, and Dancing
Dinner was served in the shade beneath the iconic willow tree, where heartfelt speeches brought both laughter and tears. As the evening cooled, we snuck away briefly for sunset portraits, capturing soft light and mountain views that felt true to Katie and Noah’s love for alpine landscapes.
As night fell, the celebration moved indoors, where Side One Band kept the dance floor packed well into the evening. With mountains outside and music inside, it was the perfect ending to a wedding that balanced intention, energy, and place so beautifully.
Katie and Noah’s North Arm Farm wedding was everything a Pemberton celebration should be — relaxed, scenic, meaningful, and full of moments that felt genuinely lived-in.
