"Tara shot our engagement photoshoot and Tara and her husband Steve together shot our wedding. We did our engagement shoot in Whistler and it happened to be pouring rain in the village the day we travelled all the way from Victoria to do it. Luckily Tara knew a spot we could drive to at a higher elevation so the rain would actually be snow and we ended up with the most magical winter wonderland photos! On our wedding day the rain struck again slightly derailing our wedding day timeline / photo plans for the day. Tara and Steve were in touch with our planner and wedding party throughout the day (taking this off our hands) and took charge of adjusting the timeline and coming up with new shooting locations based on the weather conditions. I was definitely stressed watching my plans be derailed and they could both sense this and brought the best calming / cheerful energy as well as taking care of any of the logistical things so I didn’t have to worry - seriously they were ON TOP OF IT. I was also told by my planning team that they were helping them out with their tasks and drying off chairs etc before the ceremony as well! We are so thrilled with how our photos turned out.
