20 Years | we recently celebrated two decades of doing life together! đŸ„‚ We took a trip down to New Orleans with two close friends (who have also been together a long time). One night as we were enjoying jazz and a bottle of wine, we got to chatting about advice we’ve heard (mostly at weddings) about what makes relationships last. I love how poignantly our friend said; it’s finding the right person for you. The one you want to weather the storms with, the one who’s quirks are as endearing as they are frustrating, and who at times sees you better than you see yourself. For me, it’s also someone who continues to grow within our relationship, and individually. Who, 20 years later, I’m still falling in love with. As we wrap up our 15th year of photographing weddings, there is so much to celebrate.
