When I asked Frances where she felt most alive and in touch with her self, she smiled and said “near rushing water”.

It was winter and we sat at her kitchen table. We had just started brainstorming about our very first Revive Retreat, and we had made the decision to step in front of each others cameras before we asked other women to do the same. One thing led to another, a trip was planned, plane tickets were purchased, and we spent a week roadtripping from Whistler to Vancouver and everywhere in between! It was the maiden voyage of Elsa, the big blue mini van Steve and I would soon call home, and one of the best weeks of all time!

Amidst the hikes, life chats, and meeting some incredible people along the way, was Frances’ Soul Session.
