Catering – A Four Seasons Whistler wedding is lucky to be served by a world-class on-site catering team. Their philosophy is to create unique cuisine showcasing fresh, local produce and seasonal specialty dishes. They are also open to customizing a menu perfectly tailored for any couple.
Wedding Planning – The Four Seasons Whistler has an on-site wedding expert (her name is Sara and she’s incredible!) who is able to assist you with all of your wedding needs. From planning the schedule and coordinating all of the catering needs, to assisting with transportation and beauty services.
Ceremony and Reception Room Options
Harmony Ballroom – Newly renovated with rustic modern styled accents and chandeliers, the Harmony ballroom can host up to 250 guests for a seated banquet. It can be divided between ceremony and reception as needed or just split to create a more intimate room for weddings up to 120 guests each. The ballroom is complemented by the Harmony Foyer with floor to ceiling windows and the outdoor terrace for cocktail hour.
Alpine Cabana – The Alpine Cabana can host up to 80 guests in a heated outdoor space with a large, open fireplace and vintage patio camper perfect for serving drinks to your guests. The Cabana also works great for a weather-safe ceremony location and cocktail hour, while paired with the Harmony Ballroom or Intermezzo Foyer for dinner.
Intermezzo Foyer – The Intermezzo Foyer is a gorgeous space for up to 50 guests at a large harvest table. Featuring beautiful finishes and cozy lighting for an intimate ceremony or dining experience.
Sidecut Patio – A heated terrace off of the Sidecut Steak House, the Sidecut Patio also features a giant stone open place. The patio is perfect for cozy intimate wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions while being protected from the elements yet still enjoying the mountain outdoor experience.
Residences Fountain – The Four Seasons Residences host a rustic stone fountain with an exposed cedar portico, flanked by a 15th-century wrought-iron gate. A beautiful option for ceremonies in an outdoor natural setting.
