Dusty’s weddings are located at the base of the Creekside Gondola, in the original watering hole from before Whistler Village even existed. This country-themed bar serves the best and biggest nachos as well as the best caesars in Whistler. It’s also a great spot to host a wedding, with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, two large patios, and two levels of event space.

Dusty’s weddings are great because you are in the heart of Creekside. Getting out of Whistler Village eliminates 95% of the tourist element, allowing for a quieter more private function. On a nice day in the summer, the patios of Dusty’s Bar and BBQ are drenched in sunshine. One of the patios can be used for your ceremony, while the other is used for cocktail hour. Make sure to tell your guests to watch for bears walking across the mountain. Later, move inside for delicious food served at long harvest tables, illuminated by strings of twinkling lights and candles. The wood, antique mountain decor glows to create an amazing intimate atmosphere that will keep you partying all night. Especially if you hire one of the great Whistler bands or an awesome DJ.

Dusty’s Bar and BBQ is part of the Whistler Blackcomb collection of venues, we just happen to love it so much we did a separate blog post about it as well. We love it because of the chill vibe, everything is included in one space, accommodations can be connected to the same building if you book into Legends, and because it’s private. The spaces are less versatile than some of the other venues, but still offer everything that is needed. Definitely check it out!

Catering – Everything is handled by Dusty’s through Whistler Blackcomb. The food is incredible, drinks are delicious.

Wedding Planner – As Dusty’s weddings are technically Whistler Blackcomb weddings, a professional wedding planner is required. It makes things nice and easy!

Ceremony and Reception Rooms

Patios – Dusty’s has a large main patio on the ground level that can be used for cocktails or your ceremony. A second, a slightly smaller patio is on a mezzanine level that also has a large outdoor fireplace.

Dusty’s – The main restaurant space has a large area for a dance floor, enough seating for 140 guests and a built-in full-sized bar. Perfect for dinner and dancing!
