A Brew Creek Center wedding is an all-inclusive venue that handles all of your lodging, food, beverages, and rentals, allowing for a true one-stop-shop. Brew Creek is focused on organic, local food that is grown on-site, as well as developing the landscaping to blend in with the surrounding moss and ferns of the rain forest. It is a boutique oasis retreat for you and all of your guests to spend an amazing weekend.

You really shouldn’t come to Whistler and not look into hosting a Brew Creek Center wedding. Once you cross the bridge onto the 20-acre private property, you will be enveloped in a rainforest oasis. Ferns, meandering paths and trails, colourful gardens, fragrant herbs and lots of birds and wildlife. The best part is that with their all-inclusive packages, your group has exclusive use of the entire property. Also, it’s only halfway between Squamish and Whistler, making it a super convenient location to drive to.

The gathering and ceremony spaces are built to the highest environmental and clean energy standards, maximizing natural light and designed to bring the outside in. You can’t be closer to the forest yet still be protected from the rain. There are also 5 different outdoor locations where you can say your “I Do’s” all of which are surrounded by rainforest but with backdrops varying from mature maple trees to a rock wall to a romantic log cabin (The wedding couples accommodations!)

If you care about what you eat, the food at the Brew Creek Center will definitely be a must-have. The culinary team also manages an on-site geodesic greenhouse dome as well as a two-acre organic farm garden. Most of the vegetables, greens, herbs, and fruit served on-site are grown on-site as well.

Lastly, booking a Brew Creek Center wedding is booking an all-inclusive wedding. The packages include a full buy-out of the accommodations for two nights, (up to 100 guests) and all of the food from welcome dinner, through the wedding day and until the departure brunch. It also includes the ceremony, site fees, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware. Basically you just need to choose a menu, pack some fancy clothes and show up. There is also a private web page so your guests can book and pay for their own accommodations.

Catering – Everything is handled by the on-site culinary team

Wedding Planner – A wedding planner or day-of-event coordinator is required to host a Brew Creek Center wedding. They have a preferred list of local wedding planners as well as other vendors that you might need. This allows the Brew Creek team to focus on you, while the wedding planner can be a liaison between guests and staff for a flawless experience.

Ceremony and Reception Room Options

The Gathering – An airy, sunlit cathedral-like space built with exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling. Conforms to the highest environmental standards. Ceremony capacity 100.

The Halcyon –  Consisting of white walls, light-coloured wood and stone building materials, the high ceiling great room provides covered protection for cocktail receptions on rainy or cold days. Capacity 80-100.

Main Lodge – The main building, finished in fir, slate, and river rock with wooden beams. This can be set-up with harvest tables by the fireplace to create a welcoming, cozy atmosphere for all of your guests. Banquet capacity 100.
